Food for the Holidays
Food, food, food. Oh, it is so good...and so much of it is their to eat during the holidays. Just taste it and you want more. It is a very poor time to be on a diet. Maybe the saving grace is "portion control". Yes, enjoy the taste, but eat slow and eat small. You can do it! The ingredients in all this good food has to be of the highest quality. Properly prepared, this food is really irresistible. Good luck in your holiday eating endeavors!

The Good Food
More than 2500 years ago, Hippocrates, the father of medicine, said "Let food be your medicine and medicine be your food." We also hear "You are what you eat!" Plenty of vegetables, fruits, and grains are certainly better than simple sugars and flours. Healthy eating has been defined and all we need to do is monitor what passes beyond our lips. But, oh, is that hard to do! At some point we must determine that we are TOBF(Tired of Being Fat)! With this declaration we can then move forward with NSFPC(No Sugar or Flour and Portion Control). Eating right has a profound effect on our 4B's(Brain, Breath, Belt, and Bottom). If you are indeed serious about GL(the Good Life) and BL(Being Happy), you'll gain a fighting chance by eating healthy. Are you ready to accept the challenge?

Quality and More Quality
Consumption of spices in North America is at an
all-time high. In fact, spice consumption in North
America has increased by 50 percent in the past
decade. We are not only using spices more frequently
and in greater volume, but in a much
wider variety; approximately 28 spices are used
in the average North American home.
America’s original natural products company, Watkins, has
been the pioneer in premium herbs and spices for
over 100 years, so it’s only natural that they would
be among the first to offer a premium line of
organic herbs and spices added to a premium line of gourmet herbs and spices.
All are USDA certified 100% organic.
Originally introduced in1895, Watkins ground spices were awarded the Grand Prize with Gold Medal for Highest Quality at the International Exposition, Paris in 1928. These quality products are readily available for your baking, cooking and eating enjoyment.
